84 Days in 48 Seconds



Anyone wants to bet with me in 84 days can i build up my 6-packs? His 1st Day photo was exact look like mine with the big tummy... hahaha. Yeah, my actual goal is to build up 6 packs, but have no intention to be such muscular as him.

Some of you might think weight-loss is very bad for health coz it is always link to starving, slimming pills (XXX) which cause to liver failure, actually is losing body water, or instead of fat, it is actually burning away your muscles. But pls take a look a below pic. It is my last 5 weeks records. It is recorded very detail how many of my body water, fat, Visceral fat, Bone mass, etc. So as u can see, my body water is increasing coz i consume a lot of water. My body and visceral fat drops a lot. And it is just very minor drop in my muscles. And from my BMR age, it is 20! Means i got age 20 body. Haha!! Actually i worry more than u guys. I also worry if taking Herbalife products will be like the same case as XXX which will cause to liver failure. That is why i went to full medical checkout after taking the products for 2 months. Yeah, everything is just perfect and my high cholesterol problem no longer exist.



Starving? By replacing 1 breakfast & 1 dinner with the milk shake (lunch as per normal) , the 1st 2 weeks i felt a bit hungry. But after tat, i feel ok now and as long as u have put in enough powder (Formula 1), i can tahan for 4 hours. I never starve myself this 2 months coz starving is never work. Look at this. And by balancing a constant body sugar & insulin levels, then only u can achieve your goal. So no point to starve.

Ppl might say why spend money? We can archive the same thing by controlling our diet and exercise. In my previous post, i did mention that we need to (1) Nutrition (2) Exercise (3) Control what u eat. And i did mention that i have exercised for 4 months but still fat. And i did post a link regarding the villi. And actually the more u exercise, the more nutrition u need for your body. During exercise, we actually loss a lot of vitamins & minerals from our body. Imagine if u keep exercise without proper supplements to ur body & muscles, what would happen to ur body? U feel tired & very easy to stretch your muscles. And end up u give up everything and gain back your weight & fat!

I think very soon i will be become nutritionist instead of TA guy. Haha!! Okok, time for shopping. Today is sunday and my wife is angry now why i am still here...
