

Since after i followed my fatty angmo boss and ate dim sum nearly every week, my weight index has been growing up and up. 1 year ago i went for a body checkout, and my doctor said that my cholesterol a bit high and need some diet. Since then, i tried a few slim products & eat lesser but still failed to slim down. The only reason i can think of is i am lack of discipline & no exercise. Coming year 2008, i moved in my new condo and started to gym regularly. For the last 4 months, i consistantly went to gym every tue & thu, sometimes even on sun (if no go out or back early). I run non-stop for at least 30 mins (~9km/h). I cut down my rice intake. Yeah, I feel healthy now, and less headache, but guess what, how many kg i loss? ONLY 2kg in 4 months.
We all know that exercise is the best for diet. But tell u what, i think i am wrong. Undoubtfully, we need exercise, and since i start exercise, i feel good and have no intention to stop at all. But exercise does not mean u can slim down a lot. Different people with different body conditions come up with different diet results. By simply exercise might be work to certain people, but now at least i know that it won't simply work on me. I realised that i need regular exercise, control my meals, and take nutrition products.
