ATM - Social issues in Malaysia

Last week, i was in a queue for cash deposit. I have no idea why they all stand so close to each other. Not only that, when it was my turn, i found that the guy behide me was too near to me, and guess what, he even starred at my screen. I turned around and looked at him, but he reacted like nothing. I could tell that he was not eyeing on my cash bcoz he also got one stack in his hand. But what is my balance got anything to do with him? Can ppl learn how to respect each other?
