Can i make it?



Yeah, tat is me. Amazing rite? I also wanna holding a muffin on 84 days with my 6-packs. But.... I am going to Europe tmr for 2 weeks.. Eat.. shop...eat...shop... I am wondering how i would be like when i am back. Think instead of 84 days, i need to set it at 100 days?

84 Days in 48 Seconds



Anyone wants to bet with me in 84 days can i build up my 6-packs? His 1st Day photo was exact look like mine with the big tummy... hahaha. Yeah, my actual goal is to build up 6 packs, but have no intention to be such muscular as him.

Some of you might think weight-loss is very bad for health coz it is always link to starving, slimming pills (XXX) which cause to liver failure, actually is losing body water, or instead of fat, it is actually burning away your muscles. But pls take a look a below pic. It is my last 5 weeks records. It is recorded very detail how many of my body water, fat, Visceral fat, Bone mass, etc. So as u can see, my body water is increasing coz i consume a lot of water. My body and visceral fat drops a lot. And it is just very minor drop in my muscles. And from my BMR age, it is 20! Means i got age 20 body. Haha!! Actually i worry more than u guys. I also worry if taking Herbalife products will be like the same case as XXX which will cause to liver failure. That is why i went to full medical checkout after taking the products for 2 months. Yeah, everything is just perfect and my high cholesterol problem no longer exist.



Starving? By replacing 1 breakfast & 1 dinner with the milk shake (lunch as per normal) , the 1st 2 weeks i felt a bit hungry. But after tat, i feel ok now and as long as u have put in enough powder (Formula 1), i can tahan for 4 hours. I never starve myself this 2 months coz starving is never work. Look at this. And by balancing a constant body sugar & insulin levels, then only u can achieve your goal. So no point to starve.

Ppl might say why spend money? We can archive the same thing by controlling our diet and exercise. In my previous post, i did mention that we need to (1) Nutrition (2) Exercise (3) Control what u eat. And i did mention that i have exercised for 4 months but still fat. And i did post a link regarding the villi. And actually the more u exercise, the more nutrition u need for your body. During exercise, we actually loss a lot of vitamins & minerals from our body. Imagine if u keep exercise without proper supplements to ur body & muscles, what would happen to ur body? U feel tired & very easy to stretch your muscles. And end up u give up everything and gain back your weight & fat!

I think very soon i will be become nutritionist instead of TA guy. Haha!! Okok, time for shopping. Today is sunday and my wife is angry now why i am still here...

Before & After Herbalife



Hey frens, this is my results after taking Herbalife for 7 weeks. I managed to loss 4~5 kg and slimmer by 2 inches. Can u see it from the 2nd photo? Hehe... The 1st one was taken on 25 Sep 2008, and 2nd one was taken on 14 Nov 2008. The 3rd one is my goal? Hahaha... Unbelieveable rite? I have been trying to loss weight for more than 10 years but failed everytimes. I never thought i can success this time. Well, 5 more weeks to go to reach my ultimate goal of 10kg. But seems like impossible, maybe need 10 more weeks. But i am building up more muscles now which is heavier than fats. Ever wondering why ur loss weight failed? When YY meets YY

Herbalife, then recommended by my sister. But my sister is not a member. I google the office location and simply walked in to their Orchard sales office. I said : "I want to be a member!" Then like this i meet the Miss YY. So funny, another YY. We have a nice talk and she said according to my BMI, i can loss another 10kg! Then i told her, that is my target in 3 months. Now i am member and has tried the products for 7 days. So far so good :)

Since after i followed my fatty angmo boss and ate dim sum nearly every week, my weight index has been growing up and up. 1 year ago i went for a body checkout, and my doctor said that my cholesterol a bit high and need some diet. Since then, i tried a few slim products & eat lesser but still failed to slim down. The only reason i can think of is i am lack of discipline & no exercise. Coming year 2008, i moved in my new condo and started to gym regularly. For the last 4 months, i consistantly went to gym every tue & thu, sometimes even on sun (if no go out or back early). I run non-stop for at least 30 mins (~9km/h). I cut down my rice intake. Yeah, I feel healthy now, and less headache, but guess what, how many kg i loss? ONLY 2kg in 4 months.

We all know that exercise is the best for diet. But tell u what, i think i am wrong. Undoubtfully, we need exercise, and since i start exercise, i feel good and have no intention to stop at all. But exercise does not mean u can slim down a lot. Different people with different body conditions come up with different diet results. By simply exercise might be work to certain people, but now at least i know that it won't simply work on me. I realised that i need regular exercise, control my meals, and take nutrition products.
